Refund Policy
- INKcredible Apparel employs strict quality control standards, however if you feel that an item is faulty, defective or does not meet the description provided, we are happy to refund or exchange the item within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be undamaged, unused and in their original condition including original packaging.
- Non-returnable items.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, worn or washed.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Custom Printed item(s). There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on custom printed item(s). Please ensure you carefully check all proofs for correct spelling, phone numbers, details and print placements. By approving proofs, the customer assumes all responsibility and warrants not to hold INKcredible Apparel liable for any error in printing.
- Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your item(s) are returned, received and inspected, we will contact you via email to notify you if your claim has been approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and returned to you by the original method of payment. Whilst most financial institutions process transfers within 48 hours, refunds can take up to 7 days. Please check with your financial institution at first instance.
- Exchanges (if applicable)
- Whilst we have taken care to provide detailed sizing charts, we understand that sometimes things are just not the right fit. We offer exchange on all unprinted apparel, within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item(s) are undamaged, unused and in their original condition. We do not offer refund for change of mind.
- If an exchange is required, please contact us prior to returning the item(s).
- Custom printed item(s) are non exchangeable.
- Shipping
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Where a refund is approved, the refund amount will reflect the cost of the item(s) only.
- In the event that a refund is not granted, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs for returning the original item, or the exchanged item (where applicable) to the customer.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- When returning item(s), we recommend the customer use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. INKcredible Apparel takes no responsibility for lost, missing or delayed returns.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
